Weifang Diesel Engine Preparatory Work No matter what kind of equipment, before starting operation, we need to do the corresponding preparation and commissioning work. What are the specific contents of the work?
1. Prepare for startup:
Check whether the cooling fluid, lubricating oil and diesel oil of the unit are ready.
Check whether the battery electrolyte is sufficient and the battery voltage is normal.
Check whether tools or other sundries are used on the unit.
Check whether the rotating part of the unit is normal and the connection is tight.
2. Start-up debugging:
After checking and confirming before starting, connect the battery cable, and pay attention to the negative and positive poles can not be connected with reverse or short circuit.
Connect the power supply of the battery charger to confirm the normal operation of the charger (such as configuration);
Check whether the display status of the unit controller is normal and whether the internal programming menu is normal.
Conduct unit start-up operation;
Start the generator set, check whether there are abnormal noise, leakage and other abnormal conditions.
